Billing questions

Are clicks or QR scans limited?
No. Plans differ by features and the number of links, domains and seats — traffic through your links is never metered.
How does the free trial work?
Pro and Business start with a 14-day trial. You can cancel before it ends from the billing page and you will not be charged.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from Dashboard → Billing.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your links keep working. Features that are not included in the new plan — such as routing rules or custom domains — stop applying, and you will not be able to create more links than the new plan allows.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. Invoices for every payment are available in Dashboard → Billing.
Do you offer custom plans?
If you need more than Business offers, talk to our team about higher limits.
